AST Surfcoat 2000

  • Black in color. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature 700 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • A dry film lubricant containing small amounts of graphite.
  • Excellent for reducing surface energy and wear resistance.
  • Finish dry film of 1.0 mils-3.0 mils.
  • Can be applied to a vast array of substrates with no machining requirements.

AST Surfcoat 3000

  • Black & tinted colors available. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Excellent dry lubrication qualities. Contains small amounts of graphite.
  • Can be used on carriers, fans, and housings.
  • Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and release/non-stick characteristics.
  • Operating temperature-Cryogenic range- 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

AST Surfcoat 4000

  • Clear. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature –air dry @ 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Impervious to moisture and oxygen permeation.
  • Abrasion resistant, extremely flexible, insensitive to ultraviolet light.
  • Excellent non-stick properties and ice-shedding capabilities.
  • Ideal for glass and ambient cure requirements.

AST Surfcoat 6000

  • Tan or Black color. Non-Conductive.
  • Cure temperature 700 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Tremendous wear resistance and release characteristics.
  • Can be applied to weld tips, shrouds, carriers, fan housings, paint stacks, molds.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Operating temperature in excess of 650 degrees Fahrenheit.

AST Surfcoat 7000

  • Dark & Bright Green, Black, metallic flake. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Tremendous release/nonstick characteristics.
  • Can be applied to paint grates, carriers, hooks and racks, weld tips and shrouds, pumps, etc.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Operating temperature 600 degrees Fahrenheit.

AST Surfcoat 8000

  • Bright Green in color. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature 700 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Excellent release/non-stick and wear ability characteristics.
  • Can be applied to carriers, grates, prop tools, hooks and racks fans and housings, process piping, discharge paint piping.
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Operating temperature in excess of 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

AST Surfcoat 8003

  • Dark Green in color. Available Conductive.
  • Cure temperature ranging from 500-700 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Excellent corrosion and wear resistance combined with friction reduction and non-stick characteristics.
  • Can be applied to process piping, pumps, impellers, filter housings, fans, grates.
  • Operating temperature in excess of 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

AST Surfcoat 9000

  • Available in bright safety yellow, beige and silver. Available Non-Conductive.
  • Low temperature cure from 350-450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Excellent release/non-stick.
  • Very good wear resistance and durability.
  • Chemically inert to most solvent even at low temperature cure.
  • Can be applied to virtually all substrates including glass, wood epoxy, steel, and aluminum.
  • Applications include airbag doors, molds, prop tools, fascia and bucks.
